Chili
1lb Ground Beef
1 large Onion diced
1 Pepper diced
1 can Corn (or 1 cup frozen)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed)
1 can Kidney Beans (rinsed)
1 can Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Water
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Oregano
Cook beef, drain fat. Add onions and peppers. Cook until softened. Add all other ingredients. Turn to low. Cook for 1 hour and serve over rice or plain. Top with raw onion, cheese, jalapenos or avocados.
Use in tacos or over baked potatoes.
