Make a Difference in Your Community

Volunteerism is an integral part of our organization. Your time is an invaluable asset to Daniel’s Table.  Minimum age of volunteers is 14 years old supervised by an adult/guardian.  16+ years of age can sign up to volunteer on their own. We use a website to manage volunteer shifts, days, times and # of volunteers.  Once your registration is completed, you will be alerted via email about opportunites to volunteer and you will follow a link to submit for a specific shift.  The hours and days are listed and we ask that you sign up only if you can commit to the entirety of the shift.  Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Daniel’s Table.

We utilize volunteers for many tasks including but not limited to:

• Packing the grocery bags for distribution
• Prepping and packing food for the freezer program
• Loading and unloading food deliveries
• General clean up
• Organizing dry and canned goods
• Sometimes we even need food tasters!

We try and incorporate fun in the things we do here.

Our volunteer opportunities occur weekdays Tuesday through Friday typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  The specifics will be emailed to you when we send out a need for volunteers.  

Corporate & Group Volunteer Opportunities:  Thank you so very much for your interest in volunteering. Due to our recent move to a temporary space, group volunteering is quite limited.  To discuss a possible date and time for your group, kindly email info@danielstable.org.  We will try to accommodate your group.  We are so appreciative of your support!  Construction on our new facility will begin late Summer 0f 2024.  So please keep us in mind for future volunteer opportunites!  Thank you!
