Chicken Fajita

Packed with vibrant veggies and lean protein, these fajitas are not only tasty but also nutritious. Whether you’re cooking for your family or meal-prepping for the week, this recipe will surely be a hit.


  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix the chicken, onions and bell peppers in a big bowl with olive oil.
  2. Add seasoning and stir to ensure all flavors are blended..
  3. In a pan spread it in a thin layer evenly.
  4. Put in a pre-heated over at 400F degrees oven for 24 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve with whole wheat tortillas and enjoy!
