Celebrate colorful and healthy
Irish ColeSlaw
1/2 Cabbage thinly sliced or diced (GREEN)
2 Carrots shaved (ORANGE)
1 Can crushed pineapple (GOLD)
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoon rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoon rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
3 tablespoon mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix all together, chill for at least 2 hours.
